- Your sample is verified, sealed and shipped by DHL. You receive the tracking ID and can follow every scan.
- An accredited partner laboratory in the UK, US or Turkey runs the analysis under its own standards.
- Your report is issued by the laboratory and reaches you exactly as issued.
Processing time depends on the laboratory and is confirmed in writing when you order.

Does everyone being tested have to give consent?
Yes. Every participant signs a consent form before any sample is taken. Without signed consent, no sample is accepted and nothing is shipped.
What should I bring to the appointment?
Photo identification for every adult being tested, and the birth certificate or B-Form for any child. Legal and immigration tests have stricter identification rules, which we send with your booking confirmation.
Do I need to avoid eating or drinking before the swab?
Usually you will be asked not to eat, drink, smoke or chew gum for a short time before the swab so the sample is clean. We confirm the exact instruction for your test in your booking confirmation.
How long does it take?
Courier transit from Pakistan to the laboratory normally takes 3 to 5 working days. Processing time at the laboratory varies by test and is confirmed in writing when you order.
Will I get a tracking ID once my sample goes abroad?
Yes. As soon as your parcel is dispatched we share the DHL tracking ID (airway bill number) with you. You can follow every scan yourself on DHL's website, from Pakistan to the laboratory's door. Nothing about your shipment is hidden from you.
Is my result guaranteed?
We guarantee that the result you receive is exactly the one the accredited laboratory issued, produced under its own standards and quality controls. Nobody, including us, can change what it says.
Is a wellness or nutrition DNA report a medical diagnosis?
No. Wellness, nutrition, sports and microbiome reports give research-based insights. They are not a diagnosis and should be discussed with a qualified clinician before making health decisions.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds may only be granted before your sample has been dispatched to the partner laboratory. Once the sample has shipped or laboratory processing has begun, no refund is issued, and courier charges are non-refundable.
